Villa Turquesa is a wonderful 9 bedroom 11 bath luxury villa; earning its name perched on a cliff overlooking the beautifully “turquoise” Pacific Ocean. Located in the exclusive Pedregal community, Villa Turquesa is perfect for large family gatherings, weddings, anniversary celebrations, and corporate retreats.

Inside Villa Turquesa, there’s over 15,000 square feet of gracefully designed space with vast living areas, luxurious furniture, and the most modern amenities throughout. Spacious rooms are decorated with modern, cozy lounge furniture with rustic accents. Nearly every room looks out to the Pacific Ocean. The pocket glass walls give immediate access outside. For your convenience, there’s a theater room, full gym, and sauna. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with modern appliances to feed a small army of famished guests. The fireplace and library add an intimate touch. The nine bedroom suites are spread out over 3 levels. The bedrooms contain either King and Queen beds, and the children’s room has bunk beds with an outdoor playground. The exceptional master suite displays ocean views and features its own spa-like suite and a private outdoor shower.

Outside Villa Turquesa, there’s another 10,000 square feet of private outdoor amenities. The main terrace includes a large infinite-edge lap pool with swim-up bar, a sun shade, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area for up to 60 guests (up to 100 standing). There is an option to rent Villa Turquesa as a 4BR/5BA rental with the lower floor locked off. This option offers 10,000 sq feet of indoor space and sleeps up to 12 persons.

Villa Turquesa is just a short walk away from the soothing shores of Pedregal Beach. You can see the rocky profile of Land’s End from the villa, but you’ll need to get closer to see the El Arco rock formation. In Cabo, there’s fine dining, night clubs, shopping, and more.
