Within sight of Land’s End, a quarter mile to Pedregal Beach, and a half mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Villa Turquesa offers both complete privacy and convenient access to many area activities and attractions. Graceful, expansive living spaces flow between indoors and out, utilizing a blend of rustic details and modern décor and with Saltillo floor tiles throughout. The living room boasts a domed brick ceiling and the villa is outfitted with two gas fireplaces and a library. The theater/media room includes a surround sound system and ten reclining leather chairs plus twelve additional seats, while a full gym contains free weights, treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, Universal machines, and a sauna. The villa’s lounging areas are contemporary, cozy, and luxuriously appointed, while a gourmet kitchen features top level appliances, granite countertops, built in fryer, and a wine fridge. A dining room that can seat thirty people has walls of glass that allow easy access to the villa’s extensive terraces and outdoor spaces.

Bedrooms within Villa Turquesa are spread out across levels with an abundance of terraces and balconies, and are all outfitted with safes and granite and marble counters. Four bedrooms are appointed with a King sized bed and four others contain two Queen sized beds. One bedroom has a sole Queen sized bed while a bunk setup in a tenth bedroom has four triple bunk beds to accommodate twelve single guests. The gym additionally houses two daybeds, making the total sleeping capacity of Villa Turquesa twenty adults plus eight children. The main terrace boasts a large sized infinity edge lap pool with Jacuzzi swim up bar, hardwood chaise lounge chairs, a gas BBQ, and dining seating for sixty. Other outdoor features include a grassy area, play structure, putting green, firepit, outdoor shower, shuffleboard court, and outdoor stereo system.
