This newly constructed and masterfully crafted three level Spanish Revival villa perches serenely upon Pedregal’s highest street, providing iconic panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. Casa Stella features a spacious open floor plan that flows seamlessly between indoors and outside. Large glass windows and high ceilings evoke a fresh, ‘coastal casual’ atmosphere in which breathtaking views become an integral part of the décor. An expansive main terrace contains a 70 foot infinity edge pool, a spa hot tub for eight, poolside loungers and bar, and shaded patio dining. Other outdoor amenities include a tv/media system, large sized firepit with comfortable seating, outdoor shower and kitchen facilities, and charming gardens. The villa includes both a full commercial kitchen as well as a second chef’s kitchen with a double sized pizza oven, Viking deep fryer, Vulcan high heat broiler, and griddle. Also onsite is a wine cellar and full bar, as well as a formal dining area. Casa Stella boasts fourteen smart tv’s with satellite service, an integrated Sonos system, Xbox, and a twelve seat home theater with projector and DVD/Blu-Ray movie collection. An oceanview gym houses Life Fitness treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and sauna and massage spaces.

All ten bedrooms within Casa Stella have safes and USB ports and eight have their own mini fridge. Bedrooms are spread throughout all three levels allowing for separation, and one bedroom with a king sized bed and bathtub is within its own small casita on the pool level. Four upper level bedrooms include a large primary suite with a king sized bed and oversized terrace and three other bedrooms with king sized beds; one has a marina view and another contains an additional queen sized sofabed. On the main level is one bedroom with a king sized bed and oceanview terrace. The lower level houses four bedrooms; one has a king sized bed and private garden, another has a dramatic king sized canopy bed, a third has a king sized bed and a wraparound terrace, and the final bedroom overlooks the ocean with two full sized beds.
